1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from Sydney (Eastern Creek, to be exact), so your #FLOATY will float its way to you in no time!
2. What carrier do you use?
Our #FLOATYs make its way to you with the help of Australia Post!
3. How long does it take before I get my #FLOATY?
It takes 1 business day for your orders to get processed, and once it's ready for shipping, it could take anywhere from 3 to 8 business days for your #FLOATY to reach you!
4. Will my #FLOATY float?
Most definitely! As long as you fill it up with air using an air mattress pump or a hair dryer on cold setting, you'll be lounging and #FLOATYing around in no time!
5. Any care tips for my floaty?
Great question. We recommend letting your #FLOATY dry completely before deflating it and storing it away to prevent it from sticking to its sides! :)
6. Do you have a warranty?
Absolutely! #FLOATY offers a 30-day Warranty for any manufacturing defect. Simply send us an email and a photo of the defect, your Order Number info, and we'll take it from there! Please keep in mind that wear & tear is not covered by our Warranty.
7. Can I use the Mini Unicorn Cupholder as a phone holder?
Sure you can! As long as your phone is water resistant in case you'd like to use it at the pool, then it's totally fine!
